iPhone connection to MBUX

I have paired my iPhone to the MBUX.
The screen shows my iPhone ok but will not load my contacts even if I press 'Snch'
Any suggestions guys?

I don't think mine ever did either. However if I press "linguatronic" and ask it to dial one of my contacts - it does

I eventually got it sorted after a lot of faffing about as follows:-

Very simply >iPhone>settings> Bluetooth>MB>All Contacts and tick it. Mine was unticked. LOL
All my contacts are now listed on the MBUX screen
