Hi All.
Trying to pair my iPhone X using this YouTube video. My phone connects then disconnects straight away just wondered if anyone else has tried this method, and what I’m doing wrong!! Any advice is appreciated

Do you have a Bluetooth adapter in the phone cradle connector?

Yes, exact same setup as in the video shown, just wondered if anyone else had tried this, with better success than I’m having. I brought a iPhone 4 cradle and phone to try it, my iPhone X will connect to the cradle, then disconnect. I’ve tried a payg sim in the iPhone 4 and it’s pairs up to the car fine. For the time being I’m just forwarding my calls to my main mobile while driving.
