Ipod/Iphone 5s connectivity for E 220 2008 model

Hi , could anyone advise me is there any cheaper alternatives to getting iphone connectivity on my E 220 2008 Mercedes , it doesn't seem to have a usb and I have got a quote of £450 for a mCar UMI (Universal Media Interface). This is a bit costly I thought so just wondering are there any alternatives.

Sadly there is no AUX facility on the audio-20 in your car. so you can either have one of those FM retransmission things or an mCar. Dension make a system too but the price is almost the same as mCar but the sound quality no where near as good. The guys who developed the mCar were the same people who wrote the Dension S/W years ago.
