Did my NCT (mot) today failed on rusted exhaust hangers and front ball joints- not a problem for me to sort out- but I took a picture of the joint flange on the exhaust which will also need to be replaced.
My question is- in the photo you can see an empty hole at the back of the differential- a matching hole beside it has some kind of a bushing in it. Am I missing a bushing on the empty hole or is this normal?
My car is w211 e200 1.8 2004 saloon.
Look forward to your thoughts on this.
