just read on another forum its "normal" to need to replace pulsation dampers on ABC cars at >100k miles as they loose gas / effectiveness and get noisy.

if that's the case does one fitted on the SBC of a 2006 e class at 107 miles need to be changes.... is this a normal thing to do ? Its been noisy for the last few years

if you do on the brakes, do you just swap it and bleed the brakes or ?

I suspect that it probably will require replacing at some stage, but not before the internal count for the motor triggers an SBC fault. I would say that the accumulators in an ABC system lead a much harder life.
If the SBC has been reset in the past then that's a different story.

I couldn't find the count on my mid level autel kit.... now have 20.4 on a snap on one and it shows less than the autel gear....
