When my car was up on the ramp today noticed that there was an oil leak (will have to investigate further :( ) and that the engine under tray was broken.
Have looked on the russian site, can anyone tell mew if part number 250 is the under tray.
Price is about £25 is that about right?

No Sir Cliff, number 250 is the insulation for under the bonnet.

I do not have the details of your car to look further.

With a strip of metal and Pop rivets, or another piece of plastic, using plumbers pipe solent and a few pop rivets with coach washers, you can fix the original.

That's handy me being a plumber and all :D
Will investigate the oil leak and the extent of the damage to the tray on Sunday.

Was an E300TD, now a Lexus LS400
Whats broken about it?

Mine had a giant crack in it. A bit of metal strip, a few bolts, a drill, and all is well again :) After all, they're only to keep the spray out and help aerodynamics. They don't have to look pretty :)
