C350 2010 195k on clock. Blew injector out of engine last week. Threads stripped. Had repair done and replaced fuel pipe from rail. Car started and run post repair no probs
Started this morning no issues drove 100 yards cut out, will not start.
Pic shows code read from Carly OBD.
Any thoughts?

Further info, fires initially on start then won’t run. Could a single injector failing cause the entire engine not to start or is it more likely you’ll get rough running?

I don't know Carly but that looks a summary screen. There should be more detail for each of the modules. I guess if you tap items in the list they should expand. The first one, CDI being the crucial one.

Suspect it will be low rail pressure code, as above codes not shown on the summary screen. Probably damaged the injector that flew out. Leak off test to be sure, or gamble on replacing the one that shot out :)

Well, disconnected the fuel lines, fuel to all. Disconnected sensors no change, disconnected the repaired injector, car ran on 5 cylinders. Replaced Injector…..car sorted.
Expensive at £300 but that’s the pleasure of driving the best cars eh .
Thanks for the guidance it made me look past the obvious to try something else.
