Issue with battery warning light coming up

Hi there,
i just wondered if anyone has any ideas on a c class 2016 model that the Issue with battery warning light coming up on the dash sometimes you start the car for the first time, but goes if you use it again in the same day.
i have charged up the main car battery and this is all good and never had any issues with starting the car etc,but wonder if this is related to the stop/start battery as this is the only other battery on the car?
