Issue with my comand 2.0 head unit

My comand 2.0 head unit in my 2003 clk 320 suddenly stopped taking any cd as if something blocking the cd from coming in and the eject button stopped working as well I don't really know what's the problem here I've check my fuses and nothing is blown any help plz

Take the fuse out. Wait........Put fuse back.....Just like a reset.

I had this problem recently, but only with certain CD's and when one was put it, it said no CD and you could not remove it. I disconnected the power for 10 mins then I could get the CD out. So power off reset may fix this.
