It’s upgrade time for the SL350

Have been looking around for a replacement for the SL350, we have had a good run together but it’s time to embrace modernity.

Considering buying SL400 AGM Line and trying the 9 gears, if I can find a decent one.

Anyone have some experience of the 9 gears.
Is it worth it? Any positives or negatives?

I moved from a 7 speed S212 E350cdi to a 9 speed S213 E53 and the improvement is noticeable I certainly wouldn’t go back

9G box is very nice indeed

That’s good to hear. Sort of reinforces the intention for a 9 gear.

There are lots of 7g’s around for sale, hopefully a few more 9g’s will become available at the end of the summer.
