Is it ok to use axle stands on the W203 jacking points? If so how what other point can i jack up the car so that i can set the car on the axle stand on the jacking point?

Jack it up on the lift points and put the stands under the lower legs!

Get some stands with the round cups,, when you jack the car with its own jack, if you feel immediately under where the side jack fits, the are rubber bungs, place the cup of the stands under these.
