I'm afraid I must admit to being attached to a dealer, (you all love to hate us) but some of us (most of us) are actually ok, one or two let everyone down, but DCUK are now getting more involved so they will have to improve.
Independants can be good, but often they don't have all the gear/knowhow or have access to the back up DCUK tech. boffins can offer. Sometimes saving a few quid can cost you more, just look around this forum.
