Just brought a 2001 C200k petrol manual..problems with the speakers

Fairly new to this...

Just brought the above car, need to change the rear door speakers as they appear to be rather distorted, but havent got a clue on how to do it.

any ideas??

Is the car a 203 the door cards will have to be taken off as the speaker covers are partly welded on

Perhaps try fiddling with the fader on the stereo so that more sound is weighted towards the front and perhaps reduce the bass levels or switch the "loudness" off?
