Hi, just changed the hyd` elec` roof pump on my clk 230k w208, everything but the initiation of the roof lift works fine, ie sync` of movements. Closes fine, but just doesn`t seem to want to lift the roof from the screen, motor runs, but times out, like theres not enough power. loses a bit of oil from the pipe manifold & have a few bubbles in the resevoir, could be drawing in air or got an air lock in the lift ram pipes. hydraulic drawings would be great but experience would be greater.
