Complete replacement, wouldn't get stick on ones, they do look naff, they are (supposedly real carbon fibre, as is the window spoiler)

Window spoiler will do exactly what it says on the tin...

Disrupt the airflow that used to keep the rear screen clean and allow all the salt you spread to stick spoiling your rear view...

Sorry, don't agree, apart from the window spoiler, which is hardly a whale tail, the other stuff, mirrors, boot spoiler and Black grill are similar to what Mercedes offer in there Black/Carbon pack and that looks great. IMO.
