key fob not doing anything

hi my fob has stopped working replaced batterys but still no joy, central locking works on key but no flashing lights to let you no its locked, also there appears to be no green light on reciever on car.

any help would be most helpfull.

There is a procedure you have to go through if you let the key fob battery go flat,it involves the electric windows up or down but this will be in your user manual.
This subject was discussed a few years ago on this forum there is someone out who can help you but unfortunatly its not me best of luck ,cheers eds.....
