Key Fobs?

Hi all,

Has anyone got any idea's to how much a new fob will cost? I've just bought a W124 280E on a 1995, only problem is I've only got the one fob with the flip-out key and the small flat key. The car is a one owner and I've tried to contact him but he seems to have moved house :cry: Any information would be most helpful.

Its just under £60. U need to take the log book in your name, your passport and some other form of id with address on it. It takes about 4 days to get from any dealer

Thanks for the information. I heard someone got charged £600 for a Fiat Punto fob and I thought Merc could be the same or worse. Thanks again.

Lol yes its true! Never lose your red fiat key, put it with the family jewels! Ford are almost as bad...
