Keyless Go Card problem

Recently purchased my S Class 320 CDI, it came with two cards, the batteries were flat so I replaced batteries at local Mercedes dealer. The dashboard says "Key Card not recognised"
Any body had this problem or anyone know the way to correct this malfunction please.

You will need to find a dealer or indie with STAR, the car will then be plugged in and it takes about 25 mins to do the programming, or they maybe turned off in the convenience menu
