kickdown switch on SL

anyone got picture of their kickdown switch ? I know its a strange request but I think I have a bit missing (most people probably know that aleady..)

I was just hoovering inside and noted the kickdown switch housing and in the centre I can see a small cylindrical rod but I expected to see a button on top - no button present. I wonder whether i have broken it in my enthusiasm?

Sorry, no pic but my switch definatly has a black plastic peice on it.,

Black plastic ok, about 30mm in diameter switch sticking out of black plastic housing about 45mm. The button has a indent on the top top guide back of petal straight down on it.

Looks like I will be ordering a new kickdown switch or looking through the contents of the hoover bag...probably explains the 1" spring I found in the footwell as well....
