KPH to MPH

Anyone know how to change the small display in the instrument cluster from kilometres to miles per hour? Not the main speedometer as that’s ok. It’s the small one with the time. Can’t find it anywhere.

It has to display KPH as there’s a requirement to show both MPH and KPH.
