I have a merc C350e 2016 plate, my problem it's the hybrid and the electric. As I switch on the car I can not use the electric, the car will not work, the hybrid option works for a few minutes and then the car surges forward and stays on petrol, the engine does not go on idle mode, with the revs on at all times.
I've take the car to two different garages, the first changed the sensor inside the fuel tank (was what they said the problem was) and still the same problem persists. Don't Know what else to do. Does anyone knows what's the cause and how to fix it? I was and still am a Mercedes fan since I was a little kid, and always dreamt of having my own merc, this is my first and I would like to keep it forever but it needs to be working without any problem
