Lancashire Remapping

Does anyone know of a reliable firm in the Preston/Lancaster area for remapping? (Also, does it increase fuel efficiency too?)

You can’t get more for less...
You can get the computer to show better economy after a remap but that’s not the same as getting better fuel economy

Is re-mapping all about performance, or can it be remapped to improve fuel economy?

Only reason for asking is that I've been spoiled by my last car - Saab 9-3 TTiD. On the motorway it would regularly do just over 60mpg. I could do London and back and still have 100-150 miles in the tank.

Unfortunately, I've not been able to take this one on a long run as I bought it the week before the lock down! Furthest I've been is Pets at Home...

Hi, Tym, welcome, as Wighty says, had my C207 350 cdi,
re-mapped at,
DC performance in Warrington a few months ago, went from 265 bhp to 300 bhp, and 620Nm to 714Nm of torque, can't really comment on fuel savings as I didn't get it mapped for saving fuel I got it mapped for performance and WOW does it deliver on that front,
it's fantastic!
DC performance were great do everything properly the way it should be done, no complaints whatsoever, not to far from you (45 mins ?)
