Lovely day in St Helens, so gave me car a good cleaning, and fitted me latest mods, me
Carbon Fibre door mirrors and me Carbon Fibre top of window spoiler, and even though I say so myself they look rather fine.

I'm still not a fan of the roof spoiler as it spoils the clean flowing shape of the roof line.
Carbon mirrors aren't as bad as I thought they would be though.

As long as you're happy thats what counts though Tony .

Like the mirrors (sort of) but could do withouth the spoiler. I do love your enthusiasm to always find something more to do to an already well sorted car. I hope you win/luck-in-to enough money to buy a genuine "supercar". Can't wait to see what you'lld do with an Aventador!!!

(well nearly) Overall I'm well happy with the car, the way it looks, drive's, performs etc, and I like all opinions,
(even negative) and LK it actually looks even better in the flesh so to speak.

Aventador! Nah, always promised meself a Bugatti Veyron, if I came into some money, (or St Helens Council gave me a substantial pay rise ) So until then the c207 is great!

Was at Halfords Sunday getting the S204 battery replaced under warranty, saw loads of people buying car cleaning stuff, fitter complained "everything else is closed so everyones coming to Halfords, too busy, ****** annoying!!".

Some of us have been stockpiling this stuff for years. I'm confident my car can survive a five year siege effortlessly in gleaming detail. And I'm still bombarded with offers from the various suppliers online. They won't sell me anything now. I was self-employed/freelance until February. Now I'm unemployed indefinitely. I'll be making McGuires broth in a month or two. Yummy.

You're not alone, I have a 12 bottle wine box full of stuff, plus a DA with all sorts of pads and probably a few other bits scattered around the garage, none of which gets used these days (health problems preclude that type of activity) so cars get a trip to Waves franchise at local Tesco's - they're good, careful and only use AG products (and they know I watch them like a hawk!!).

Hopefully you have put money aside for a rainy day. I was also freelance/consultant for most of my working life and always made sure to have a reserve for rainydays. Thankfully, something like this never happened.

I too will never run out of car care products. The shelf above that in the picture has a DA polisher, boxes of cloths, pads, windscreen buffers etc not to mention the buckets with the foam lance and 4 different wheel brushes.
