Lead usage?

Sorry re the photo quality, car was in garage in front of windows.

This piece of now defunct electronics is hard wired into my 320CLS, just wondered if the lead could be utilised to work some other bit of kit like a Garmin etc. Please see attached file, It's a mini jack plug arrangement. Does any techie out there know if there is a lead for a Garmin Tom Tom etc to plug into the female section? Thanks.

The question is.....is the cable a power cable or an audio cable? What is it plugged into at the moment?

It hogs the phone, if you touch the screen in the wrong place, attempting to connect to some traffic server so it must connect to the audio system as well as providing power to the devise
