leak of some kind

hi all am not havin the best of luck this weekend got a 202 c class estate auto now a have a leak of somekind what looks like to be coming from the top of the transmision over the sump kind of area seems to be water but a really dont know why it would be water shouldnt be threre as far as i know a thought it was trans fluid to begin with but a have checked that and everything is fine there so any ideas ya can throw at me would be great

is this whats leaking if so why is it coming from the top of the trans

Thats where the heater box drains come out of the car and is normal. its the moisture the ac systems takes out of the air as it works

thanks for the explanation a have only had the car six month an that is the first time i have seen it doin thar phew thought it was gonna be expensive thanx again
