leather interior W202

Hi Does anyone have any tips on how to change a cloth interior to leather.
The donor car is a 1995 C280 and i want to put this interior into a 1998 C180model , I am a bit worried about the airbags in the side panels. I am unsure if the 1995 spec car has these ?

a 95 w202 has no side air bags not even as an option,
how much are you paying for the interior?

I have just had a e mail from the seller stating the lack of side airbags.
He wanted £300 for everything....... seats.door panels, carpets,headrests,fixings and centre console.

not bad price i presume the front seats are not electric? is that for the rear headrests too? as not all 202s had rear headrests especially at 1995
Also yours as a later model probably has the load through facilty (flap that lifts up behind the rear seat arm rest).
All the seats "should" be a straight swap.
Are you gonna get them?

No i have decided to look for a later interior with the airbag option the same as mine.
the seller said that the headrests are included front and rear.....
i can give you his contact address if your interested..
