Leather seats

I would like to remove some very small dents from some leather seats (they were left in storage with the headrests placed on the seat base)

Anyone got any magic tricks for dent removal from leather? Is it even possible? I can remove the seat cover if I have to...

Use a steam cleaner, hot steam onto a cloth and onto the leather, it won't take it out completely but will make it better than what it is now
