Limp mode - no EML but code on Icarsoft.

My M212 350CDI has thrown a wobbly a couple of times recently - loss of power accelerating - max speed up to 50mph, no EML on.
All was normal on restart - scanned and got the following code: 16B400 Component B76/1 condensation sensor for fuel filter with heating element has a short circuit.
Cleared the code, car runs fine but the same issue returned a week or so later - the car is running fine once restarted.
Is this indicating a fuel filter issue? This was changed in March 2020, and the distance traveled since then is approx 32k. Current mileage is 173k

Thinking the same - I'll have it changed next month when service is due - I may as well do the all the filters a year earlier.
