Welcome buddy , the normal advice is go to an MB specialist for a diagnostics check (£60) rather than change everything first which as you know is expensive .
They use MB Star diagnostics

As Wighty above.
A good MB indy is priceless. Limp mode can be caused by many many things. Throwing parts at the car hoping one will fix is a sure way to start hating your car as your wallet takes a pounding.
Where are you based, maybe a member then can recommend a garage for you.

Thankyou for the replies. I have not taken the car to merc but i have to other garages and one i trust too. Diagnostics checked have been done and each time something different seems to be showing up. Each time a fault has appeared i have fixed the issue hence why all them things have been done. Esp light appears i go into limp mode, turn engine off and it dissapears and drives as normal. When doing 60mph or more it goes back into limp mode.
i am based in rochdale greater manchester.
