Location of heater blower resistors ? (on a 190e)

Where on my 190e is the resistors located (exactly). I know it should be somewhere "contained in the air intake deep under the dash", but where and how do I get at it. Do I access it from outside or from the inside, and how much has to be removed.

Any description, drawings etc. about it would be very nice.
