Location of Phone Module (PSE) in S-Class

Hello,

Does anyone know where exactly is the PSE Module located in a 2002 S500. I just bought one (supports Nokia 6310i) and want to replace the older one (supports upto Nokia 6210).

I think you may be confused the PSE module controls the central locking, but the ctel control unit (phone) is under the o/s/r seat on a right hand drive car
