I have a quick question which I am having real difficulty finding the answer too, even my local dealer is having difficulty finding this out as well. :?
I have just bought a Tailgate cycle carrier. Fits very nicely!
However I want to know if the Anto theft protection locks, part no: B6 684 8284 actually locks the bikes to the carrier or the carrier to the car.
The bikes I want to transport are quite expensive, and I can see that once the carrier is attached to the car it would be quite easily to remove it and the bikes on it.
So does the part no above lock the carrier to the car or the bikes to the carrier?
Help!
If not does anyone know of any device which would lock the carrier to the car?
