Long time owner and a newby

Hi everyone I'm on my 3rd Merc van. Great car. Currently got a w906 116cdi. Got a slight issue where the gearbox has a stutter with engine power between gear change. The older gearbox was very smooth compared to the 8 speed. Would this be duets losing intake pressure? No trouble codes and still getting 6.5 to 7.5 litres per 100 km.

I also have 2012 cdi513 motorhome.
