Lookg for someone to enable cruise control in Aberdeen

As 5he title says really, I recently acquired a 2009 109 vito and it has had the stalk fitted by the previous owner b7t never enabled. Could someone with the necessary kit help me out for beer tokens or indeed a beverage of their choice?

Not sure you can enable something that wasn’t there in the first place. Unlike some manufacturers, Mercedes tend to only put in the systems that have been paid for at the build date.

Others may know better though so let’s see what they think. Welcome to the forum, by the way.

All the wiring is there and the limit button lights up but it needs enabling in the ecu

No, you are correct, I am in Aberdeen and wondered if there was anyone local with the correct software

Try Bavaria autowerke - they have access to STAR, used them for a few things over the years.
