I am trying to figure out f my RHD 2004 C200 (CL 203) (inoperative) has Parameter Steering. I am looking to replace the steering rack and Bilstein has two options (with and without PS). Appreciate any assistance.

Try putting your VIN into a VIN decoder like https://www.lastvin.com/ that might give you a clue.
