loss of engine coolant S320 CDI w220

I am losing engine coolant at about a pint a minute, makes car undriveable as coolant low comes on in 3 minutes running.

coolant is running off transmission cover plate at bottom of car and around bell housing area looks wet. I see no obvious leaks points, where should I be looking? what is likely cause?

See if there is a metal tube from the heater part running over the back of the engine, these can rust through or leak at the ends

looking down the right side of the engine from the front I can see the coolant dropping from the back right side of the engine area onto the cover plate below, I have felt with my hands but cant find the leak at the rear top side of the engine.

thanks for your help malcolm,

part identified (eventually at local MB dealer) as charge air hose from crankcase to charge air system ( not sure what this component does tho , square thing with a big X on it underneath inlet manifiold at firewall end.
