Lose of power​

Hi would anyone be able help me I have got sprinter 311cdi 2002 an it is in limp mode edc light is on an glow plug light comes on straight after start up with codes p1470-4 p1481 p2203 an p0500 it's says charge pressure control as short to positive I have checked an found a broken wire repaired it an still got the same fault codes

Glow plug light illuminating after start says the glowplug relay is bad or you have a bad glow plug.
