Lost visor ceiling clip

Was swapping my visor and somehow managed to lose one of these clips into the ceiling metal frame (not headlining)

- Is there anyway to get it back? Concerned about it moving about when driving...

- What are they called, so I can buy another one if I can't get it out?

If available I'd expect them to MB only .... they look to be the same as what holds the rear grab handles/courtesy light in my car

Sorted!

Managed to get some old curtain wire and poke it about until I could see it. Then cut some long noses pliers!
