Loud creak

Got a loud creak coming from the front suspension on lock on uneven ground sounds more like the passenger side been underneath and can’t really find any issues other than a dodgy looking coil spring but that’s on the drivers side also get the creak while braking any ideas?

Sounds like a dry ball joint possibly. In my recent experience top mounts make a knocking noise that reverberate front to back.

It'll (usually) be a lower ball joint on the arm.
