lowered

Hi
I have a Merc 2002 w209 clk 240 2.6 avant-garde model and i
would like any info on the best way to have it little bit lowered i
have 18 inch wheels on the the car but even before the big wheels it
still looked very high on the standerd 16inch wheels i have herd about
the rubber spacer or something on the suspentions any info would be great
