Hi, my lumbar pump stopped working, I took apart the motor and replaced it.
When replacing it into the car it runs great, switches off. But, dosent respond to the seat switches.
I have tried swapping the polarity, no help.
Any ideas?

It could be a fractured pipe under the seat or a pipe off,,, these things blow only and not suck, you have the storage vessel in the boot side

Thanks fella, I will look into the storage vessel.

The pump runs for about 2 mins when the key is in position 1, before the pump died, it worked fine!

It seems odd, that there's no o ring between the one way valve and the box the pump sits in.
