having started my 190 this morning it ran with that horrible`lumpy` almost mis-firing feel and sound. i suspect the damp weather may be the culprit, but expected better of a mercedes, is this common?...(especially as my ungaraged bullet-proof nissan starts with no qualms) .can anyone advise where to start ?thanks in advance for any advice.

First check plugs then plug leads then distributor cap never spray the ignition leads with ignition sealer While engine is cold because all you will do is seal in the dampness
