Hiya everyone, I have a 450 slc which runs very lumpy at idle and low speeds (with no real power) once the engine gets upto 3000 rpm everything smooths out and there is plenty of power. Iv'e tried new plugs and leads but no change. Any advice very much apreciated.

Dunno the model (of course) but that sounds like classic dirty throtle body, lumpy idle and rough/jerky running at lower revs are typical symptoms.

Check it is running on all cylenders.

Take off one leed at a time to see if it makes any difference.

Try to find out witch cylender is not fireing
