m air con not playin

elo muckers, ive got a merc 1997 e class 3td (210) , the air con comes on but doesnt seem effective is there anything i can do to solve it (or am at the mercy of dick turpin)

the air con, dunno only had the car a couple of months, been readin through passed threads think it might need regassin

Re gassing should last 3 to 5 years. My Audi is currently less than a year and it is under discussion with the Audi shop. They say there is no leak, but I reckon that 12 months a go is too much!

Didn't know much about a/c but I think it is good to check the Cabin Filter first for the A/C system, open up the panel on the passenger side and take a look, there are 3 screws only and easy it is easy to check.
