I am unable to return the rear seats to the upright position, it appears the seat belt is causing the problem.The vehicle is 6 months out of warranty and the local MBD. Suggested removing the rear trim and try to free the seat belt reel. This has very little movement as the inertia is kicking in every time I move the belt. I have removed the reel,in an effort to free it but to no avail. I have spoken to other ML owners who have had difficulty returning the rear seats to the upright position but not this severe. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
