Hi,

I have a 2002 M-class Mercedes, ML270. I curently have a Mercedes Cassette player with a 6 cd changer. I would like to replace it with a Mercedes in dash CD player and operate the 6 CD changer.

Please could you let me know whether I need to take off the dash to remove the cassette player or can I use the keys in the side to remove it. I would also like to know what model number Mercedes CD player I should use so that it can operate the CD changer.

Thanks.

Audio 10 radio/cd will directly replace the audio 10 radio/cassette and still maintain the use of the existing 6 disc cd changer.
Did it on my C43 no problem at all.

Thanks for the details. You mentioned APS 30. Will it fit properly in my ML270 and is the APS 30 easy to use?

Thanks.

Hi, if you have an Audio 10 cc it replaces it, no problem. You might have to check if the speedsignal is available, but that's only a wire! Yes it is easy to use and it looks neat! I have two installed, (W208, W210) and I wouldn't change it for anything else, especially not for the Command system. Looks really ugly I think, but that's me!
