- 2010 A207 E500 (the Summer Car and Winter Garage Queen)!
Morning all. Started the 207 up Saturday late afternoon for a winter warm up and A/C 'run' (laid up for winter). Slight misfiring and CEL on. As it was very cold and limited access in the garage to plug diags in, I went in and had a cup of tea! Sunday morning and refreshed, plugged Icarsoft in and started car - no misfire! However, fault 'Misfire Cylinder 1' but no code. Reset fault and CEL. Started later on and no Misfire, perfectly smooth. Any thoughts chaps? I thought possibly failing Coil Pack or damp plug? Plug OK and HT leads secure - didn't want to check all 8 mind due to pure laziness on my part!
