Maf insert for W202

I know i have asked this question before, but never got a proper reply.
I need a new MAF for my C180 W202, I bought the whole unit 2 years ago for about £150 from Eurocarparts, but I just want the insert.
I know Bosch do the inserts as many people have said they have bought them. But, where from?
I have searched for Bosch parts centres but got nowhere.
Does anybody have a web link or phone number to somewhere that i can get the insert from please?
Car is a 97 C180, Engine 111921
