Maybach suv

We were passed on the motorway yesterday by a Mercedes SUV badged up with Maybach .... I never knew such a car existed. Just looked them up .... prices start at £166k
I'll order one as a spare car ....

Saw loads of those in Kensington yesterday, along with “Metro Cab“ Bentleys, Lamborghini Anus‘ and plenty of G-Wagons….

It looks like its a beautiful car. I'm a bit confused why it has all the hybrid tech and a stupidly small battery.
The Maybach name hasn't really caught on among the well heeled people that can afford them. It's entry price point puts it near the lower end of the luxury SUV market, close the to base price of an Aston Martin DBX. Why would you want to say you have a Maybach rather than an Aston Martin, one of the world's most famous brands?

Maybe Daimler AG wanted to be represented at that level. Crazy to think the RR Cullinan has a £100k extra starting price. Maybe if I had a huge country house, large gates and drive, I might add to the collection, but that's would be pure vanity.
