I have an anoying rattle comming from the front of the engine, I have had the timing chain and top cog changed to no avail, noise still there anyone any ideas please.

Fan coupling maybe?? :?

Have a look at the polybelt damper assembly with engine running (watch that tie) does it vibrate. You may need to listen to it with a long screwdriver (careful now)
